After achieving great success with the First Investment Funds Guide, which was issued in September 2006, we are planning to issue the Second Investment Funds Guide – 2007 in Kuwait and the Gulf Region about the role of investment funds in the financial markets.
The Guide will be issued in Arabic due to the lack of such versions of guides available to the Arab investor in general and the Kuwaiti people in particular. It gives the investor an idea on investment funds, their mechanism and the means by which the appropriate fund matching with his capital is to be selected, risks distribution and dealing with funds managers.
The Guide will also provide comprehensive and sufficient information on the significant funds in Kuwait, the region and the world and their performance during the recent years, so that the investor can identify the results of each fund through advices obtained from a distinct group of investment funds managers and portfolios in Kuwait and the whole world.
The Guide also intends to place most of investment funds managed by Kuwaiti, Gulf & International financial companies in one volume to the investor so that he can easily identify these funds.
Contents of the Guide
The Guide is mainly divided into three sections:
Section One: Views & Analysis
This section includes a number of essays and analysis of seniors in the most important investment Companies (international, regional and local) and will be prepared specially for this Guide
Section Two: Investment Funds in Kuwait, the Region & World
In this section, each company will be given the chance to give comprehensive presentation on its funds supported by flow charts and graphs identifying their performance during the period precedent to issuing the Guide. In addition to the above sections, the guide will also include a number of illustrated tables by which a demonstration will be done for the performance of the local companies' funds during 2007 and the previous years.
